TicketLab Pro Demo
TicketLab Pro is an event ticketing package for Joomla 5 and 6. Create event pages and line-ups, offer free or paid tickets, collect registration details, deliver individual QR tickets, scan arrivals and follow sales and attendance from Joomla.

About this public demo: The sample events use free tickets, so visitors can complete a booking without entering payment details. Stripe checkout and refunds are product features but are not enabled for public demo transactions. Organiser, administrator and scanner views are available only when suitable demo access has been provided.

Getting Started With a TicketLab Pro Demo
Visitor Journey
- Open the Events List and choose a sample event.
- Review the date, venue, line-up and available ticket types.
- Select a ticket quantity and complete the booking contact and any attendee fields shown for that event.
- For a free ticket, complete the order. For a paid ticket, use only the demo’s Stripe test checkout if enabled.
- Open the confirmation page, individual mobile ticket or PDF ticket supplied by the demo.
Organiser Journey
- Sign in with a demo organiser account if one is provided.
- Open the Organiser Dashboard menu item and select an assigned event.
- Review sales, recent orders and ticket types; open the attendee export or scanner link.
- Scan only sample tickets on the demo event, and note the different valid and already-used responses.
Administrator Journey
- Open Components > TicketLab Pro > Events and inspect a sample event’s details, registration fields and organisers.
- Open Ticket Types to see pricing, capacity, sales windows and attendee-name settings.
- Review Orders, Attendees and Reports using demonstration data.
- Use Stripe test mode for any payment or refund demonstration. Do not run live refunds on a shared demo site.
